HERE TO HELP

Let’s get you playing.

For beta invitations, account questions and help, email [email protected].

Starting your server

Open My servers, press Start and confirm when your slot is ready. Wait for Online before joining Minecraft. A sleeping server cannot be started by connecting in-game.

Keep your world safe

Download a copy while your server is stopped. Free worlds have a 90-day inactivity limit; we email a warning seven days beforehand. Starting successfully resets that timer.

Origin is an invite-only beta. Paid checkout and advertisements are disabled. Never send your password, authentication links or private keys in a support request.
